Tai Chi Exercises for Seniors: Instructor Marie Riley presents a series of workshops for seniors age 55 and up, practicing 15 basic tai chi exercise patterns to build energy and promote flexibility, natural breathing and peace of mind. Na Mikimiki Project for Moms: A project to help mothers become more physically active. Program is open to mothers ages 18 to 45 with infants 2-12 months old who do not exercise regularly, have no health problems to prevent walking, have health insurance, are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant for 18 months, and do not plan to move off Oahu in the next 18 months. Participants will complete surveys, attend in-person visits to Manoa campus or Dole Cannery, and receive gift certificates over 18 months.
