Thought I’d drop in...

Photography by Ken Ige, Star-Bulletin

A wave ski rider takes off on a breaking wave and is making
his bottom turn when a boogie-boarder drops in off Kewalo
Basin. The two collided briefly. Surfers are enjoying a small
south swell that began on Mother's Day. Despite windy
conditions, waves along Oahu's south shore have been in
the 4- to 6-foot range, with today's largest waves expected
at Diamond Head and Ala Moana.
