Tax Protest

Mike Powell, in colonial costume, was among hundreds
gathered at the Capitol this morning to protest proposed
tax increases by the state during the "Hawaii Tea Party."
Powell was handing out "million-dollar" bills to represent
what the federal government spends every five minutes.
The protest was coordinated by KHVH Radio.
