Lum oversees Watt's Kapolei work

Watt Homes-Hawaii has chosen Larry K.S. Lum for a new development position. His first task will be to oversee completion of the final phase of Aeloa Village Two in the Villages of Kapolei.

"We're entering into the final phase of 100 homes (of project's 325 total) and also looking for some other opportunities," Lum said.

He comes to Watt from Castle & Cooke Inc. where he worked for 22 years. Lum was a financial auditor and controller before joining the real estate group where he moved from a land agent to project manager, to general manager of Mililani and vice president of all construction for Castle & Cooke Homes Inc.

He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Watt Homes-Hawaii is a unit of Encino, Calif.-based Watt Residential Partners.
