LAND

BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS: 9:30 a.m. Friday, Honolulu Municipal Building, 650 S. King St., Building Department Conference Room. Hearing to consider an application by William Simone to permit usage of five vinyl louver windows in lieu of wood or glass windows. Hearing to consider an application by Armenia White to prevent revocation of building permit. Hearing to consider an application by Glenn Ching for a zoning variance to permit 18,965 square feet of Group A-3 occupancy in lieu of the permitted 9,100 square feet.

DEPARTMENT OF LAND UTILIZATION: These hearings to be held in the department's Personnel Conference Room, City Hall Annex, 550 S. King St.

1:30 p.m. tomorrow. Hearing to consider an application by Takao Building Co. Ltd. for a special district permit to demolish existing two-story building and build a 3,343-square-foot, two-story office building on a 5,000-square-foot lot.

1:30 p.m. Thursday. Hearing to consider an application by Michael J. Marks for a zoning variance to allow additions to a nonconforming apartment building at 2979 Kalakaua Ave. -- Diamond Head.

10:30 a.m. Friday, Key Project, 47-200 Waihee Road, Kahaluu. Hearing to consider an application by World of Aloha Inc. for a Special Management Area Use Permit.

License transfer applications by: Ko'olau Enterprises Ltd. from C.E. Issacson Inc. (from First Chevron to Ko'olau Chevron Food Mart); and Sunset Terrace LLC from TP Acquisitions Inc. (from Monterrey Bay Canners Restaurant to Sunset Terrace).
