Robert V. Hollison Jr. and his University Family Medical Clinic in Manoa, are now affiliated with Straub Clinic & Hospital. The clinic has been renamed Straub Manoa Family Health Center. Hollison joins Straub and will work to add more primary care physicians to the Straub system. Adding to Straub's physician base
"We (Straub) need to increase our base and move out in the communities," Hollison said.
Hollison based his practice at the Manoa clinic since 1983 and for the past seven years also was chief executive officer of the Queen's Physician Group. During his 20-year career, he also was chief executive officer/medical executive director of Molokai General Hospital.
Hollison has 28 years of military experience and presently serves as a colonel in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, and commander of the Tripler Army Reserve Hospital Augmention unit.
