An application for a conditional use permit and site plan review permit by the Queen Emma Foundation to establish a group living facility for the elderly including assisted living facilities, a nursing facility, a senior center and an administration building at 94-1145 Awaiki St., Waipahu.

A zone-change application by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Inc. to change property at 45-602 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, from intensive industrial district to community business district.
