FRIDAY

Farm Fair: 6 p.m.-midnight on weeknights; 11 a.m.-midnight on weekends through Aug. 10, Aloha Stadium parking lot. Admission: $2.50, general; $1.50 ages 5-12; free for children under 5; and $1.50 for seniors from 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on weekends. Free admission 6 p.m.-midnight Aug. 5-6 with a Meadow Gold or VIVA half-gallon milk carton, or Very Special or Meadow Gold half-gallon ice cream carton. SATURDAY

"Animal Training 101": Join Sea Life Park trainers in a "behind-the-scenes" look at preparing animals for their performances, 9-11 a.m.. For children ages 9-12. Cost: $15. Call 259-6476 for reservations.

"E-Pun-E": Lotus Jakubowski and her phenomenal canine will demonstrate over 50 tricks, 10:30-11:15 a.m., Kaimuki Public Library. Call 733-8422.

Children's festival: Games, crafts, races, clowns, entertainment and magic and puppet shows are part of the Waikiki Community Center's second annual festival, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Honolulu Zoo. The Honolulu Police Department will provide free keiki IDs, 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and there will be displays. Parents are asked to have their pediatrician's phone number on hand. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission (includes lunch): free for children under 2; $5 for children 2-12; and $8 for 13 and above. Presale family passes: $24 (admits two adults and up to five children). Call 923-1802.

Music workshop: Eighth- to 12th-graders can attend a six-day workshop featuring concert and jazz bands, and string and symphony orchestras, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. through Aug. 7, led by Henry Miyamura. Cost (includes lunch): $130. Call 941-9706.
