Children's festival: Games, crafts, races, clowns, entertainment and magic and puppet shows are part of the Waikiki Community Center's second annual festival, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Honolulu Zoo. The Honolulu Police Department will provide free keiki IDs, 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and there will be displays. Parents are asked to have their pediatrician's phone number on hand.
