Call hot line if you
want to bust a welfare cheat

There's a woman I know who is a scam artist, receiving housing and welfare aid that she doesn't deserve. Who can I contact to do something about this?

Call the state welfare fraud hot line at 587-8444. You'll need to give the name and address of the person you suspect of fraud, plus your allegations. The state Department of Human Services will investigate. The phone is staffed from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
