HOLIDAYS

Festival of Trees at Iwalani: Students from Kapolei Elementary decorated trees at seven model homes in Kapolei, on view 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Jan. 10. Display is closed Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. Call Iwalani Development Partners at 537-5220.

Zoo Lites: See life-size light sculptures of flamingos, lions and other animals at the Honolulu Zoo, 5 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays through Jan. 4. Admission is $3 adults, $1 children. Call 926-3191.

Aloha Tower Marketplace: Holiday Carnival opens 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday at Irwin Park, by Nimitz Highway and Bishop Street. Fireworks display around 8:55 p.m. Saturday and at midnight on New Year’s Eve. Carnival continues 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday, Wednesday and Jan. 4; 5 p.m. to midnight Monday and Jan. 2 and 3; 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Tuesday; and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Jan. 5.

Honolulu Hale: Choirs sing under the Honolulu City Lights, 7 p.m. daily. Featuring Silangan Singers, Saturday; Holy Family Glee Club, Sunday; and St. Joseph Parish, Monday.
