The workshop is designed for people over age 50, particularly for seniors and retirees with appreciated assets to increase their personal income and receive tax deductions.

Topics include selling appreciated assets tax-free, replacing the burden of property upkeep, avoiding probate and reducing taxes with a living trust, maintaining control over one's estate in the event of death or incapacity and using charitable giving in tax and estate planning.
