Fort Myers, Fla. - Arraignment of Deion Sanders for charges of fishing and trespassing on private property.



TUESDAY, July 9

London - President Nelson Mandela of South Africa visits. Through July 12.

Washington - President Clinton meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Washington - National Transportation Safety Board meets to review final report of American Eagle ATR-72 accident near Roselawn, Ind., on Oct. 31, 1994.

Denver - Former Colorado Gov. Richard Lamm to announce whether he seek presidential nomination of Ross Perot's Reform Party.

Atlanta - State primary.

Milwaukee - News conference to announce disbursement of proceeds from Jeffrey Dahmer's belongings to families of eight victims represented by attorney Tom Jacobson.



WEDNESDAY, July 10

Bucharest, Romania - Slovene President Milan Kucan starts two-day visit to hold talks and underscore cooperation between Slovenia and Romania.

New Delhi, India - India's parliament begins its budget session. Through Sept. 13.

Washington - Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu addresses joint meeting of Congress.

Richmond, Va. - Official unveiling of monument to Arthur Ashe on what would have been his 53rd birthday.

El Paso, Texas - Drug enforcement summit with Attorney General Janet Reno, FBI Director Louis Freeh and other high-ranking officials.

Kansas City, Mo. - Georgia Gov. Zell Miller oversees hearing on Democratic Party's platform, to hear oral and written testimony. Meetings also planned July 11-12 to write initial draft of platform.

Anaheim, Calif. - Reunion of paratroopers who served in elite 173rd Airborne Brigade during Vietnam War.

Pasadena, Calif. - NASA briefing on data received from flyby of Jupiter's moon Ganymede in June.

Cleveland - Sentencing scheduled for Cynthia Presser, widow of Teamsters President Jackie Presser, for stealing from his estate.

Phoenix - Gov. Fife Symington arraignment. It's his first appearance in federal court on the 23-count indictment issued against him on June 13.



THURSDAY, July 11

Johannesburg, South Africa - Two-day conference on South Africa in the global economy opens at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Dallas - Start 16th Annual Conference of the Romance Writers of America.

Washington - Natural Resources Defense Council releases its sixth annual survey of beaches closed by pollution.

Rockwall, Texas - Sentencing for Pittsburgh Steelers running back Bam Morris, who pleaded guilty to felony marijuana possession.

Huntsville, Texas - Execution of Brian Keith Roberson, convicted of the 1986 stabbing death of 79-year-old man during burglary at victim's home.

Lexington, Va. - Meeting of VMI Board of Visitors to discuss impact of Supreme Court's ruling on future of school. Through July 13.

Cincinnati - Hearing for Larina Lewis, 26, accused of making a firebomb she allegedly planned to throw at Cincinnati Reds shortstop Barry Larkin.



FRIDAY, July 12

Colombo, Sri Lanka - Miss World, Jacqueline Aguilera of Venezuela, visits two orphanages to raise funds for an anti-narcotics campaign in Sri Lanka.

Cape Town, South Africa - African National Congress, National Party and other political groups present their submissions to Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Nigerian and Liberian nationals in court on drug trafficking charges that carry mandatory death sentence.

Singapore - Parliament in session.

Huntington Beach, Calif. - California Coastal Commission holds special meeting to consider firing its executive director.

Denver - Immigration hearing for Jorg Peter Schmitz, German artist accused in hit-and-run death of Rocky Mountain News columnist Greg Lopez.

Cleveland - Opening of two-day Shura and Islamic Riyaadah, which brings together Muslims from around the world to compete in athletic events.



SATURDAY, July 13

Paris - South African President Nelson Mandela arrives for 4-day state visit.

Berlin - Love Parade, Europe's biggest techno party.



SUNDAY, July 14

Fajardo, Puerto Rico - National Governors' Association convention.

Paris - Bastille Day marks 207th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille prison and beginning of French Revolution. Military parade down Champs-Elysees, with British warplanes flying for the first time. Traditional garden party at presidential Elysee Palace and fireworks at Eiffel Tower.

Rome - Fashion shows. Through July 17.

Dhaka, Bangladesh - Parliament opens its first session to discuss and approve a new budget. Through Aug. 14.

Kansas City, Mo. - First day of four-day International Agricultural Summit to discuss agricultural issues and promote economic growth in agriculture; Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman among those scheduled to speak.

Milwaukee - Great Circus Parade.
