This person uses the machine to blow the rubbish and gravel out through the hedge to the sidewalk and street. The end result is that I get covered with parking lot and garden debris every morning when I walk to work.
Either the person does not see or ignores the pedestrians passing by en route to work. The police several times have told the person to stop but he keeps on doing it.
One person darted into the street Monday morning to escape the blast and almost got hit by a car.
Answer: Ryoko Mizushima, Interpacific Inc. property manager for that building at 1311 Kapiolani Boulevard, Monday said she would speak to the maintenance workers and have them stop blasting pedestrians and debris into the street.
Mizushima said she was not aware of the problem and wants to thank you for seeing that it was brought to her attention.
If the problem occurs again, please call.
