Faber has 17 years of experience in the restaurant business. He spent eight years with the Levy Organization in Chicago, which operates restaurants and food concessions at sports facilities across the mainland, including Washington, Miami, Portland, Ore., and Hartford, Conn.
Faber also managed several restaurants in Chicago and catered fine dining events at Comiskey Park, Wrigley Field and the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago.
