Warriors are the top seed
Interscholastic League of Honolulu champion Kamehameha earned the top seed for this week's Meadow Gold Dairies Girls Soccer State Championships on Maui.
The Warriors start on Thursday, the second day of the tournament, against the winner of Wednesday's Moanalua-Kauai first-round game.
The other seeded teams are: No. 2 Mililani, the Oahu Interscholastic Association champion, No. 3 King Kekaulike, the Maui Interscholastic League winner; and No. 4 Konawaena, the Big Island Interscholastic Federation titlist.
The tournament at Kamehameha-Maui runs from Wednesday through Saturday's title game at 7 p.m.
